About Whose Depot

"Our goal is to provide the direct channel for our worldwide customers with quality spray gun and airbrush products."

As you may have noticed, Whose Depot isn't like your regular tool supplier.  For one thing, we have no retail stores, and all our products are shipped directly to you from our main warehouse in Asia with no additional sales taxes.  And because you do everything with us by Internet, phone or fax, we're able to pass those savings on to you, with much lower prices on brand name spray guns like Anest Iwata, Fuso Richpen, and our own WTB Watabe brand.

Who we are

Whose Depot is the operating name of PJH Tools, a member of Canadian Federation of Independent Business.  In short, we are a major spray gun and airbrush distributor and manufacturer with our own WTB Watabe brand.  We have been selling spray gun and airbrush products for over 40 years.  Our main office is located in Toronto, Ontario, and our warehouse is located in Hong Kong.

How we save

We know that you purchase spray guns or airbrushes with the purpose of making this world more colorful.  Either you use these products as a professional illustrator, do-it-yourselfer, studio artist or hobbyist, we believe you deserve better, and we are here to help.

When you drive, you probably look for the shortest distance between your start and your destination.  We believe the same concept should apply to our products.  Instead of having our products shipped between our warehouses and local retail stores, they are shipped directly to you from our main warehouse where we get these products first hand.

We don't believe in having huge stores and fancy offices, because anything big these days mean big overhead costs and expenses.  We rather pass those savings on to you and use them to provide better support and services.

How we help

We provide all our services and support from our North American office, because this ensures that we are constantly in touch with you.  You could return or replace products by sending them to any one of our following support centers.

We ship 99% of our products from Hong Kong.  As one of the major international ports and commercial centers, Hong Kong ships extraordinary amounts of cargo all over the world everyday.  By sending our products from Hong Kong, it ensures your items will reach your hand in the shortest time possible.  Best of all, we do not charge any sales taxes on all our products.  Why do you have to go to retail stores when the products can be delievered to your front door at lower costs?
